I am a seasoned learning and development social worker with a unique blend of experience and training. I've spent my career working in international and community service organizations, dedicated to enhancing their impact in order to improve everyday lives. With over 15 years of experience working with diverse groups and organizations, I am passionate about transformational learning, collaboration, and collective impact as means for creating lasting, sustainable social change.

In both the public and community impact sectors, I've led projects in educational design, strategy, organizational change management, program evaluation, and impact assessment. My holistic perspective integrates strategy, intersectionality, impact, and sustainability align my work closely with the perspectives and needs of the populations I serve. I am consistently striving for comprehensive and meaningful outcomes.

Drawing on my extensive background in training, facilitation, strategic conversations, and evaluation, my empathetic approach fosters collaboration and innovation in tackling complex problems.

I am not only a connector of ideas but also of people, constantly seeking ways to collaborate and improve the systems around me. I carry a deep-seated belief in the power collective action has to make a meaningful difference in the communities I am a part of and have the privilege to be invited into.
